Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to define and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and tools. You will shape partner engagement, scale programs, and drive collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations.

In this remote-first environment, you will manage partner onboarding, collateral, and compliance alignment while expanding reseller, MSP, SI, and cloud alliances to fuel Cribl's growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs or similar systems
• Experience in aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance and policy
• BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree from a top university a plus
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Partner engagement at Cribl.
• Build out our Partner engagement lifecycle as part of Cribl's Partner Program
• Drive programs and policies to scale Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, Cloud Service Providers, and Services partnerships
• Develop collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance partner experience and communicate to partners
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap
• Communicate Partner strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment throughout the business
• Help manage and lead Partner specific projects and initiatives that focus on scale and efficiency
• Help own our partner specific tools and drive awareness both internally and externally of the value and use cases
• Assist in program compliance process and communication
• Be willing to take on ad hoc projects or initiatives based on company decisions and priorities
