Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to shape and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and applications. You will help reimagine and scale Cribl's partner ecosystem to drive revenue and global impact, while building a robust partner engagement lifecycle across Resale, MSP, SI, and Technology Alliances.

This remote-first role requires experience in partner programs or marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership in partner programs, enablement, or marketing in data security and IT.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRM or similar systems.
• Experience aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations.
• 3-5 years in partner operations or partner marketing.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.

Responsibilities

• Shape and scale Cribl's partner programs and engagement lifecycle.
• Develop collateral and onboarding tools for partners.
• Communicate partner strategies and events across the business.
• Lead partner projects focusing on scale and efficiency.
