A leading technology support company located in Austin, Texas is seeking a Tier 2 Support Technician to enhance customer support. This role involves providing exceptional service to both restaurant guests and owners via a ticketing system. Candidates should have 1-2 years of technical customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
