Job summary

Cribl is hiring a Partner Experience Specialist to define, shape, and deliver partner-facing content and tools. You will help transform Cribl's partner ecosystem to accelerate revenue and scale partner programs globally, working in a remote-first environment across time zones.

You’ll drive partner enablement, collaborate with sales and operations, and own initiatives—from collateral to onboarding—that improve partner experiences and program capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in data security/IT spaces.
• Innovation and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs and/or other similar systems.
• Ability to align global partner strategy with compliance and policy.
• 3–5 years in partner operations, programs, or partner marketing.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Partner engagement at Cribl.
• Build and scale the Partner engagement lifecycle within Cribl's Partner Program.
• Drive programs and policies to scale Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, Cloud Services, and Services partnerships.
• Develop collateral/documents and onboarding tools to improve partner experience.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap.
• Communicate Partner strategies and events internally to align the business.
• Manage partner-specific projects and initiatives to drive scale and efficiency.
• Own partner-specific tools and raise awareness of value and use cases.
