Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to define and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and applications. You will shape Cribl's partner engagement lifecycle, scale programs across Resale, MSP, SI, and technology alliances, and build collateral to enhance partner experiences.

You will collaborate across teams to drive the partner strategy, communicate updates, and lead initiatives that enable partners globally while thriving in a remote-first environment that spans multiple

Qualifications

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in data security/IT spaces.
• 3–5 years in partner operations, programs, or marketing.
• High organization, detail orientation, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver Cribl's partner engagement lifecycle and program capabilities.
• Develop collateral, onboarding tools, and communications for partners.
• Lead partner program evolution and align strategies across the business.
• Manage partner tools and drive awareness of value and use cases.
• Support compliance processes and run ad hoc initiatives as needed.
