Builder Prime is hiring an Outbound SDR to join the remote US team. You’ll engage construction professionals, qualify leads, and book demos to fuel a growing sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and measurable results, with training opportunities and a clear growth framework. The position offers a 60,000 base salary plus up to 20,000 in commission, with an emphasis on activity targets and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with hands-on prospecting or cold outreach (calls, emails, D2D, or social).
• Able to maintain pipeline hygiene and speak confidently about solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities – Engage in strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels to connect with potential customers
• Qualify and connect – Identify prospect needs, provide tailored solutions, and schedule qualified demos with our Account Executives
• Own your pipeline – Build and maintain a healthy flow of prospects while collaborating with the sales team on follow-up strategies
• Stay sharp – Become a product expert who can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for our customers, with access to developmental opportunities like sales book clubs and training programs
• Drive results – Track your activities and performance, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development. Builder Prime has a structured growth framework with clear metrics that show what success looks like at each stage of your SDR career.
