Builder Prime, a software company serving specialty and replacement home improvement contractors, is seeking an Outbound SDR for a fully remote role in the US. You’ll connect with construction pros, qualify needs, and schedule demos to fuel our growing pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Ability to hunt opportunities through calls, emails and social channels.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities – Engage in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels to connect with potential customers
• Qualify and connect – Identify prospect needs, provide tailored solutions, and schedule qualified demos with our Account Executives
• Own your pipeline – Build and maintain a healthy flow of prospects while collaborating with the sales team on follow-up strategies
• Stay sharp – Become a product expert who can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for our customers, with access to developmental opportunities like sales book clubs and training programs
• Drive results – Track your activities and performance, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development. Builder Prime has a structured growth framework with clear metrics that show what success looks like at each stage of your SDR career. 1+ years of sales experience, with hands‑on prospecting or cold outreach (calls, emails, D2D, or social)
• ~ Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• ~ Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene
• ~ Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free space to work from home
