Job summary

Builder Prime is hiring an Outbound SDR to join a 100% remote US team. You will prospect, qualify leads, and schedule demos for our software solutions for home improvement contractors. The role offers a $60,000 base salary plus a $20,000 commission with on-target earnings of $80,000.

We value relationship-building, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work across time zones from a home office. Prior sales experience and CRM proficiency are important, with opportunities for growth and training

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a remote US-based role and manage time across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities – Engage in strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels to connect with potential customers
• Qualify and connect – Identify prospect needs, provide tailored solutions, and schedule qualified demos with our Account Executives
• Own your pipeline – Build and maintain a healthy flow of prospects while collaborating with the sales team on follow-up strategies
• Stay sharp – Become a product expert who can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for our customers, with access to developmental opportunities like sales book clubs and training programs
• Drive results – Track your activities and pipeline performance, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free space to work from home
