Job summary

Builder Prime is hiring a 100% remote Outbound SDR in the United States. The base salary is $60,000 with an additional $20,000 in commission potential.

As part of a 75-person team backed by Blueprint Equity, you’ll build relationships with construction professionals, qualify leads, and drive demos with Account Executives. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, AI-assisted workflows, and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with hands-on prospecting or cold outreach (calls, emails, D2D, or social)
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can handle objections and keep conversations moving
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities – engage in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to connect with potential customers
• Tell our story – convey Builder Prime's value to construction professionals
• Qualify and connect – identify needs, provide tailored solutions, schedule demos with Account Executives
• Own your pipeline – maintain a healthy flow of prospects and coordinate with sales team
• Stay sharp – become a product expert and participate in sales training and development programs
• Drive results – track activities and performance, report to Senior Manager of Sales Development
