Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets.
• Clear, persuasive communicator able to handle objections.
• Organized with consistent CRM follow-up and hygiene.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily to support selling.
• Reliable internet and a quiet space to work from home.
