Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who handles objections well.
• Organized in pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily for outreach and analytics.
• Reliable home setup and internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Tell Builder Prime’s value story to construction professionals.
• Qualify needs and schedule demos with Account Executives.
• Own and manage a healthy pipeline with the sales team.
• Learn product deeply and participate in training and clubs.
• Track activities and report results to sales leadership.
