Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead and optimize our motorcoach maintenance program. You will manage the fleet, plan preventative maintenance, and drive reliability while coordinating with OEMs, suppliers, and dispatch.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in fleet or transportation operations, strong analytics, and experience with Fleetio/Samsara. This remote role requires collaboration across locations in North America and occasional travel.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, fleet operations, or related consulting.
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Supply Chain, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong data and analytical skills; Excel required; SQL/Python or BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the fleet maintenance program with plan, vendors, and data to scale to a 100-motorcoach fleet.
Build rolling maintenance forecasts aligned with OEM intervals and usage patterns.
Maintain budget with Finance, update variance reporting.
Coordinate unscheduled maintenance without disrupting service operations.
Track service records in Fleetio and Samsara; monitor DVIR resolutions.
