Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Motorcoach Fleet Manager to oversee maintenance and fleet readiness for a growing 100-motorcoach operation. You will coordinate with dispatch, OEMs, and maintenance partners to keep vehicles in peak condition.

You will manage budgets, plan preventive maintenance, track KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance across US/Canada, all while collaborating with remote teams and multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years in transportation operations, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Strong data and analytical skills; Excel required; SQL/Python/BI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance function with a plan, vendors, and data for a growing fleet.
• Build a rolling maintenance forecast aligned to OEM intervals and usage patterns.
• Maintain the maintenance budget with Finance and variance reporting.
• Coordinate unscheduled and corrective maintenance without service disruption.
• Keep accurate service records in Fleetio and Samsara; escalate out-of-service conditions.
