Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead maintenance for a growing motorcoach fleet focused on reliability, safety, and efficiency. You will own the maintenance plan, budgeting, vendor coordination, and KPI reporting while ensuring vehicles meet OEM intervals and regulatory requirements.

Remote-ready role with occasional site travel to station locations in the USA/Canada. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in fleet operations or related transportation fields, strong data

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong data and analytical skills; Excel required; SQL/Python/BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize fleet maintenance planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate planned/unplanned maintenance with vendors and SOC; ensure OEM intervals.
• Maintain accurate service records in Fleetio and Samsara; monitor DVIRs.
