Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead maintenance and fleet operations for a growing North American multimodal network. You will oversee 2–4 direct reports (salaried and hourly), partner with OEMs, and ensure maintenance is safe, compliant, and on schedule.

You will build forecast plans aligned to OEM intervals, manage budgets with Finance, and coordinate external maintenance partners while scaling toward a 100-motorcoach fleet. Remote work with occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, fleet operations, or related consulting.
