Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly organized Matter Mobility Analyst to coordinate transfer of physical and electronic records while ensuring compliance with SLAs and governance standards. A portion of the role involves electronic records reviews in Relativity to identify records for transfer and liaising with local and remote teams, attorneys, clients, and partners.

The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings in CST or EST zones; requires collaboration across IT, Litigation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience handling confidential client information and sensitive records.
• Experience conducting document reviews in Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platform.
• Experience with records management systems such as iCompli, FileTrail, or similar.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Identify all pertinent physical files and provide inventories and transfer instructions to local onsite teams.
• Monitor and assist local office Records team members to ensure SLA compliance and Matter Mobility procedures.
• Conduct electronic records reviews within Relativity to identify records eligible for transfer and validate transfer requests.
• Review large volumes of electronic records while applying firm policies, client requirements, and Information Governance standards.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure only authorized records are included in transfer packages.
• Research, validate, and reconcile physical and electronic record inventories.
• Maintain accurate records tracking information within iCompli and related tools.
• Participate in records audits, inventory validation, remediation projects, and governance initiatives.
• Engage with attorneys, legal staff, clients and external firms regarding transfers.
• Train local office Records teams on transfer processes and Matter Mobility procedures.
• Provide stakeholders with information and assistance related to transfers.
• Coordinate with IT, Litigation Support, and Information Governance during transfers.
• Prepare, package, and securely transfer electronic records including data exports.
• Complete Matter Mobility projects and process improvements.
• Maintain transfer documentation, provide status updates, and create operational metrics.
