Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly organized Matter Mobility Analyst to coordinate transfer of physical and electronic records, ensuring SLA compliance and governance standards. The role collaborates with on-site and remote teams, attorneys, clients, and external firms to prepare records for transfer using Relativity and other tools.

The ideal candidate will review electronic records, maintain accurate inventories, and participate in audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in records management, information governance, legal operations or related field.
• Experience with Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms preferred.
• Experience with iCompli or FileTrail or similar records systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify physical files and provide inventories and transfer instructions to local onsite teams.
• Monitor Records team to ensure SLA compliance and mobility procedures.
• Review electronic records in Relativity to identify transferable records and validate transfer requests.
• Review large volumes of electronic records per firm policies and client requirements.
• Perform quality control to ensure only authorized records are included in transfers.
• Maintain transfer inventories in iCompli and related tracking tools.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external firms on transfer activities.
• Train local office Records teams on transfer processes and Matter Mobility procedures.
• Prepare, package, and securely transfer electronic records and data exports.
• Produce operational metrics and reporting for management.
