Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly organized Matter Mobility Analyst to coordinate the transfer of physical and electronic records while ensuring SLAs, information governance, and client requirements. A significant portion involves Relativity records reviews and collaboration with attorneys, clients, and technology partners.

This is primarily a remote role; residents near CST or EST time zones are preferred for occasional onsite meetings in listed US locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in records management or information governance.
• Experience with Relativity or a comparable eDiscovery platform.
• Experience with records management systems such as iCompli or FileTrail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of physical and electronic records while meeting SLAs.
• Identify and inventory files and provide transfer instructions.
• Conduct electronic records reviews within Relativity to identify records for transfer.
• Maintain records tracking information in iCompli and related tools.
• Support audits and process improvement initiatives.
