Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a highly organized Matter Mobility Analyst to manage transfer of physical and electronic records, ensuring SLA compliance and governance standards. You will perform Relativity-based reviews, collaborate with onsite and remote teams, attorneys, clients, and external firms to prepare records for secure transfer.

The role emphasises coordination, accuracy, and adherence to client requirements, with remote work flexibility and occasional onsite meetings in CST/EST zones.

Qualifications

• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Experience with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of physical and electronic records with onsite teams.
• Ensure SLA and Information Governance compliance across transfers.
• Perform electronic records reviews to identify transfer-eligible records.
