Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly organized Matter Mobility Analyst to coordinate the transfer of physical and electronic records while ensuring compliance with SLAs, Information Governance standards, and client requirements. A significant portion involves electronic records reviews within Relativity to identify, analyze, and prepare records for transfer.

This role involves collaboration with local onsite teams, remote teams, attorneys, clients, external law firms, and technology partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years in records management, information governance or related field.
• Experience handling confidential client information and sensitive records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of physical and electronic records, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Conduct electronic records reviews within Relativity and validate transfer requests.
• Monitor records inventories and maintain transfer documentation and metrics.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and external firms on transfer activities.
• Train local office staff on transfer processes and governance requirements.
