Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly organized Matter Mobility Analyst to coordinate the transfer of physical and electronic records while ensuring SLA compliance and information governance. You will perform Relativity-based reviews, validate transfer requests, and collaborate with onsite and remote teams, attorneys, clients, and partners.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience handling confidential client information and sensitive records.
• Experience conducting document reviews in Relativity or a comparable eDiscovery platform.
• Experience with records management systems such as iCompli, FileTrail, or similar applications preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify physical files and provide inventories and transfer instructions to local onsite teams.
• Monitor local Records teams to ensure SLA compliance and mobility procedures.
• Conduct electronic records reviews in Relativity to identify records eligible for transfer.
• Review large volumes of electronic records per firm policies and governance standards.
• Perform quality control to ensure only authorized records are included in transfer packages.
• Maintain records inventories and transfer documentation in tracking tools.
• Engage with attorneys, clients, and external firms regarding transfers and inquiries.
• Train local staff on transfer processes and Moblity procedures.
• Coordinate with IT, Litigation Support, and Information Governance during transfers.
• Prepare, package, and securely transfer electronic records.
• Complete Matter Mobility projects and process improvements.
• Provide status updates and management-ready operational metrics.
