Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly organized Matter Mobility Analyst to coordinate the transfer of physical and electronic records while ensuring SLA compliance and information governance.

The successful candidate will conduct electronic records reviews in Relativity, validate transfer requests, and collaborate with local onsite teams, remote colleagues, attorneys, clients, and technology partners to ensure accurate, timely transfers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in records management or related field.
• Experience with confidential client information and sensitive records.
• Experience conducting document reviews in Relativity or a comparable eDiscovery platform.
• Experience with records management systems such as iCompli, FileTrail, or similar applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify all physical files and provide inventories and transfer instructions.
• Monitor local Records team to ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct Relativity reviews to identify records eligible for transfer.
• Review large volumes of electronic records per firm policies and governance.
• Perform quality control to include only authorized records.
• Maintain transfer documentation and status updates.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and partners during transfer activities.
• Prepare operational metrics and reporting for management.
• Engage and respond to stakeholders regarding transfer activities.
