Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Matter Mobility Analyst to coordinate the transfer of physical and electronic records, ensuring SLA compliance and information governance across offices. This role involves collaboration with onsite and remote teams, attorneys, clients and partners.

Primary duties include reviewing records with Relativity, validating transfer requests, keeping inventories in iCompli, and preparing secure export packages while reporting metrics to management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in records management or information governance.
• Experience handling confidential information and sensitive records.
• Experience conducting document reviews in Relativity or similar eDiscovery tool.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Identify and inventory pertinent physical files and provide transfer instructions.
• Monitor records teams to ensure SLA compliance and mobility procedures.
• Review electronic records in Relativity to identify transfer-eligible items.
• Validate transfer requests and ensure adherence to information governance standards.
• Maintain records tracking in iCompli and related tools; generate management reports.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external firms on transfer activities.
• Train local staff on transfer processes and Matter Mobility procedures.
• Prepare and securely transfer electronic records and data exports.
