Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly organized Matter Mobility Analyst to coordinate transfer of physical and electronic records while ensuring compliance with SLAs and Information Governance standards.

This primarily remote role requires proximity to CST or EST time zones for occasional onsite meetings with local offices and clients. You will collaborate with attorneys, clients, and technology partners to prepare records for transfer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms preferred.
• Experience with records management systems such as iCompli, FileTrail, or similar applications preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify all pertinent physical files and provide inventories and transfer instructions to local onsite teams.
• Monitor and assist local Records team members to ensure SLA compliance and procedures.
• Conduct electronic records reviews within Relativity to identify records eligible for transfer and validate requests.
• Review large volumes of electronic records applying firm policies and Information Governance standards.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure only authorized records are included in transfer packages.
• Maintain transfer documentation and provide status updates for management.
