Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate our operations training and development program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions that align with business strategy.

You will create learner journeys, update onboarding content, and measure training effectiveness across locations.

Qualifications

• Healthcare industry knowledge including compliance and workflows.
• Experience designing training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods.
• Experience training for call centers or operations in healthcare.
• Experience using Articulate, Captivate, and LMS tools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage large, complex projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Ensure policy execution across diverse workforce and locations.
• Assess training needs and define requirements with measurable success.
• Design and implement training content with various modalities.
• Own onboarding orientation improvements.
• Track progress and improve training effectiveness.
• Update management on training program status.
