Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training and development program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will create content for diverse learner journeys, lead new hire orientations, and measure learning impact while leveraging modern learning modalities and change

Qualificações

• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, regulations, and claims processing.
• Experience designing multiple corporate training events across modalities.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and roles.
• Assess needs, define requirements, and measure training success.
• Design and implement content using various learning modalities.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Own new hire orientation content and updates.
• Conduct training for new hires and refreshers across operations.
• Track progress and improve training effectiveness.
• Incorporate change enablement and project initiatives into training.
• Share updates with management and stakeholders.
