Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training and development program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose organizational needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with the business strategy.

You will build end-to-end roadmaps, create content across modalities, and lead New Hire Orientation and refresher programs.

Formación

• BS/BA in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, or related field, or 2 years of training & development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of training & development experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry processes, compliance, and regulations.
• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Eloomi).

Responsabilidades

• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Ensure training policy execution across diverse locations and skills.
• Assess training needs and define requirements with measurable success criteria.
• Design and implement training content using multiple modalities for staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys by roles and competencies.
• Develop and maintain New Hire Orientation content with ops teams.
• Deliver refresher training in collaboration with Quality and department leaders.
• Track progress and continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Support change enablement initiatives and corporate projects.
• Oversee lesson plans with QA for systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with Application Team leads to meet training needs.
