You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training to support the business strategy.

The role emphasizes creating learner journeys, developing content across modalities, and tracking metrics to improve performance and engagement.

Qualifikationen

• BS or BA degree in Business, HR, Education or related field required, or 2 years of experience in lieu.
• 2+ years in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred.
