Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate an Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, create learning journeys, and deliver best-in-class solutions that align with business goals.

You will lead content creation, new hire orientation, refresher training, and change enablement initiatives, while monitoring effectiveness and guiding teams across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2 years of training & development experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate/healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and tools.
• Experience delivering training for operations roles in healthcare.
• Familiarity with learning management software and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and roles.
• Assess training needs and define measurable success criteria.
• Create content using multiple learning modalities with internal SMEs.
• Design learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Implement and update New Hire Orientation content.
• Deliver refresher training in collaboration with Quality and departmental leaders.
• Track progress and improve training effectiveness in practice.
• Lead workshops, retreats, gamified sessions to make training engaging.
• Measure and report learning metrics to improve performance.
