Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate an Operations training program in support of business and people objectives. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, create content, and deliver best-in-class training solutions.

You will build end-to-end training roadmaps, manage learning journeys, and track metrics using the company's LMS, ensuring new hire orientation and refresher training align with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Training & Development experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems and content development.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations workflows and compliance requirements.
• Ability to design learner journeys and use multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Ensure training policy is executed across a diverse workforce and locations.
• Assess training needs and develop measurable training plans.
• Design and implement training content using various modalities with SMEs.
• Create learner journeys based on job roles and competency levels.
• Improve New Hire Orientation content across operational areas.
• Deliver refresher training with Quality and department leaders.
• Track training progress and optimize effectiveness of training.
• Develop engaging training workshops, retreats, and gamification approaches.
• Support change enablement initiatives and corporate projects.
