Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver end-to-end training for our healthcare operations. You will develop content, map learner journeys, and coordinate onboarding and refresher programs across multiple locations.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, implement best-in-class training solutions, and measure impact on performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Healthcare industry knowledge including regulatory requirements.
• Experience designing multiple corporate training events.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
• Experience training for call center/Operations in healthcare.
• Proficient with Articulate or Captivate and LMS tools.
• Knowledge of career development and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training content for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on roles and competency levels.
• Lead onboarding and refresher training across operations.
• Track progress, measure effectiveness, and report on outcomes.
• Support change enablement strategies and process improvements.
