Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design and manage the Operations training and development program, collaborating with Operations leadership and the executive team to drive change and improve performance.

You will develop an end-to-end training roadmap, create engaging content, and implement diverse learning modalities for internal staff and external customers across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a BS/BA in Business Management or HR.
• 2+ years in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience designing training for call centers or operations in healthcare is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Design, develop and implement training content across modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Assess needs, define requirements, and measure training success to support Operations.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level; refresh content as needed.
• Oversee New Hire Orientation and collaborate with business partners on content for department orientations.
• Track progress, ensure access, and continuously improve training effectiveness.
