Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement and coordinate the operations training program. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations Quality, you will partner with leadership to drive business objectives, diagnose needs, and deliver best-in-class training across diverse locations and roles.

You will develop learner journeys, manage change enablement, and ensure training aligns with regulatory and operational goals, including new hire orientation and ongoing

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field required or 2 years of training & development experience.
• 2+ years in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience designing corporate training events and content.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar across departments.
• Design, develop and implement training content with varied modalities.
• Lead refreshers and new hire orientation with stakeholders.
• Track progress and measure training effectiveness; improve outcomes.
