Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate its Operations training and development program. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to address organizational needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions.

You will create learner journeys, develop engaging content, and manage New Hire Orientation while collaborating with sector leaders to ensure training aligns with business priorities and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in training & development, healthcare training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, coordinate, and facilitate the Operations training and development program.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership and executive team to support business objectives.
• Create end-to-end training roadmap and training calendar with department leaders.
• Ensure training policy execution across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and develop measurable training plans for operations.
• Develop content using multiple learning modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on roles and competency levels.
• Oversee New Hire Orientation content and refine based on feedback.
• Deliver training to new hires and refresher sessions across all operation areas.
• Track training progress and improve effectiveness of training outcomes.
• Incorporate change enablement strategies and assist corporate projects with training components.
• Provide guidance on training related to product, technical, and compliance knowledge.
• Coordinate with Application Team leads to meet training needs and maintain QA checks.
