Connections Health Solutions is a national leader in behavioral health crisis care, offering remote operations with a PMI/PMBOK‑driven approach. The Operations Project Manager will coordinate cross‑functional healthcare initiatives, manage scope, budget, and risk, and report to leadership while helping build a scalable PMO across sites.

The role emphasizes on‑time delivery, quality ROI, and strong collaboration with clinical, IT, and vendor teams, with a focus on HIPAA compliance and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management in healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with milestones.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Support the build and maturation of the PMO with standards and templates.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets across initiatives.
• Manage scope, change control, and approvals for material changes.
• Deliver status reports and dashboards to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
