Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives within its crisis care network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, reporting to leaders with clarity and accuracy.

The role blends hands-on coordination with PMO development, ensuring projects launch on time with quality outcomes across multiple sites while complying with HIPAA and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination/management, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience supporting clinical operations or multi-site initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools such as Smartsheet or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation across clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and dashboards; prepare status reports.
