Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across its crisis care network. The role partners with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to move initiatives from intake to close, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting.

The position is fully remote in the United States, requiring 5+ years in project coordination/management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with PM

Qualifications

• This is a fully remote position in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Experience with PMO development and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning to implementation with internal and external teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Maintain project documentation, action-item logs, and status trackers.
• Provide PMO support and drive process improvements across sites.
• Manage scope and change control, securing necessary approvals.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
