Connections Health Solutions seeks an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across its crisis network. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while reporting progress to leaders.

You will work with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to ensure initiatives launch on time with the expected ROI across multiple sites. A healthcare background and PMO experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of project coordination/PMO support experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and resource needs for each initiative.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Support the growth and maturation of the PMO and development of standards, templates, and reporting tools.
