Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across its crisis network. You will work with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to move initiatives from intake through close, maintaining plans, trackers, schedules, and dashboards.

The role emphasizes PMI/PMBOK discipline, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering projects on time and with ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/healthcare administration or project management.
• 5+ years in project coordination/management, preferably healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and trackers.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation across internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, issue logs, status trackers, and meeting notes.
• Support the build and maturation of a PMO and drive process improvements.
• Manage scope and change control with approvals for timeline, cost, or ROI.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to stay on schedule and budget.
