Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to drive cross‑functional healthcare initiatives across our crisis network. This fully remote role requires strong planning, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver projects on time and within ROI.

You’ll build plans, maintain documentation, and support a growing PMO while ensuring HIPAA compliance and excellent reporting to leaders across clinical, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement.
• Healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with milestones and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
