Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. The role partners with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to move initiatives from intake through close, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, and report to leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination or PMO experience in healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational and documentation discipline.
• Experience with PM tools and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with vendors.
• Develop plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
• Prepare leadership-level status updates and dashboards.
