Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of crisis care with a physician-led, data-driven model focused on stabilizing individuals in crisis and connecting them to ongoing care. We’re seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical initiatives across our crisis network, with remote work eligibility across the U.S.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, build out PMO standards, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination, project/program management, or operations support.
• Experience with healthcare or behavioral health operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource needs; ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, schedules, and dashboards; organize meetings and follow-ups.
• Support development of PMO standards, templates, tools, and reporting practices.
• Coordinate resources across concurrent initiatives to optimize budget and timelines.
• Manage scope and change control; document changes and approvals for timeline and budget.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications; monitor risks and outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation to stay on schedule and within budget.
