Connections Health Solutions is a leading behavioral health crisis care provider offering crisis stabilization and recovery support. We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive cross-functional healthcare initiatives, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting, while collaborating with clinical, IT, and vendor teams across sites.

The role is fully remote in multiple states and requires 5+ years in project coordination or management, with PMI/PMBOK alignment and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination or program management in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to project docs and trackers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and remove barriers.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications with risk and ROI insights.
