Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a leading behavioral health crisis care provider offering crisis stabilization and referral services. We seek an experienced Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross‑functional initiatives across our crisis network.

The role requires 5+ years of project coordination/PM experience, preferably in healthcare, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in PM tools.

Qualifications

• Fully remote position; states listed in eligibility.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans that outline objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Keep initiatives on track so they finish on time and deliver intended impact, quality and ROI.
• Build strong partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to drive results.
• Ensure work stays compliant with healthcare regulatory, privacy (HIPAA), and organizational standards.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to keep initiatives organized and on track.
• Maintain project documentation, action-item and issue logs, status trackers, meeting notes, and shared project files.
• Support the build and maturation of a newly forming PMO.
• Support process improvement and change adoption across sites.
• Manage scope and change control, documenting change requests and securing approvals for material changes to timeline, cost, or ROI.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership.
• Proactively spot and address project risks and issues, with solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
