Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Global Client Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across selected Global IP Network customers and new logos.

You will lead opportunities in Global IP Transit, IPv4 Address Leasing, Ethernet Services, and DDoS Protection, owning the commercial relationship from discovery through contract execution. The role requires disciplined sales execution, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate across time zones with globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of IP Transit, Ethernet, IPv4, DDoS, BGP, ASNs.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Strong commercial awareness and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and NIMRR targets through growth of existing accounts and acquisition of new customers.
• Develop and execute account strategies across the GIN portfolio, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to contract execution and handoff to delivery teams.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, accurate opportunity data, and reliable forecasts in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management teams to support outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date on GIN portfolio, market trends and customer business models.
