Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Global Client Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of Global IP Network customers and new-logo accounts. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to contract, coordinating with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Finance and Legal to deliver customer value.

You will manage 5+ years of B2B telecom sales experience, develop account strategies, and maintain a qualified pipeline while navigating multiple time zones in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience considered.
• Good understanding of the global Internet infrastructure market, with working knowledge of IP Transit, Ethernet transport, IPv4 addressing, DDoS protection, BGP, Internet routing concepts, and ASNs.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue and NIMRR targets through growth of existing accounts and acquisition of new customers.
• Develop and execute account and opportunity strategies across the GIN portfolio.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including discovery, solution alignment, proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and handoff to delivery teams.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, accurate opportunity data, and reliable forecasts in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support successful customer outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of the GIN portfolio and market trends.
