NTT DATA in the United States is seeking a Global Client Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of Global IP Network customers and targeted new-logo accounts. You will own the commercial relationship from opportunity identification through contract execution, aligning solutions to business and technical requirements.

The role requires disciplined sales execution, strong commercial judgment, technical credibility, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IP Transit, Ethernet, IPv4, DDoS, BGP, and Internet infrastructure.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Proven 5+ years B2B technology or telecommunications sales.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed revenue and NIMRR targets.
• Develop account and opportunity strategies across the GIN portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposal and contract execution.
• Maintain qualified pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of GIN portfolio and market trends.
