Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Global Client Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across a portfolio of Global IP Network customers. You will own the commercial relationship from opportunity identification through contract execution across IP Transit, Ethernet, and DDoS services.

This remote role requires 5+ years of B2B tech sales, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder cycles across time zones. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience considered.
• Knowledge of global Internet infrastructure market, with working knowledge of IP Transit, Ethernet, IPv4 addressing, DDoS protection, BGP, Internet routing concepts, and ASNs.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Strong commercial awareness, customer orientation, adaptability, and ability to rapidly develop knowledge of evolving technologies, markets, and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue targets and expand current accounts.
• Develop account strategies across the GIN portfolio and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.
• Maintain qualified pipeline, data accuracy, and forecasts in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Customer Solutions, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management teams.
• Stay current on GIN portfolio, market trends, and customer business models.
