Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Global Client Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of Global IP Network customers and targeted new-logo accounts.

You will own the commercial relationship from opportunity identification through contract execution and account growth, working with customers and internal teams to align solutions to business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of IP Transit, Ethernet, IPv4, DDoS protection, BGP, and ASNs.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Proven sales experience in B2B technology or telecom and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue targets through growth of existing accounts and acquisition of new customers.
• Develop account and opportunity strategies across the GIN portfolio and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to contract execution and handoff to delivery teams.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, accurate opportunity data, and reliable forecasts in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Customer Solutions, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management.
• Stay current on GIN portfolio, competitive landscape, and internet infrastructure trends.
