Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Global Client Manager to drive revenue growth for the Global IP Network portfolio and targeted new logos.

You will own the commercial relationship from discovery through contract execution, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client business needs. The role requires deep IP transit knowledge, strong pipeline management, CRM discipline, and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Strong understanding of global Internet infrastructure, IP Transit, Ethernet, IPv4, DDoS, BGP, ASNs.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Proactive, with strong commercial awareness and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by growing existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Develop and execute account strategies across the Global IP Network portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract, delivery handoff.
• Maintain qualified pipeline and accurate forecasts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management.
